The Site is a marketing and referral platform. We are not an insurance carrier, broker of record, healthcare provider, or law firm. Content is for informational purposes only and not legal, medical, or tax advice. Any insurance discussions and enrollments occur with licensed agents and carriers.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

3) User Submissions

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant us a non‑exclusive license to use submissions to operate and improve the Site, and to share them with partners to fulfill quote requests, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

4) Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting your contact information, you may provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for us and our partners to contact you via the phone number(s) and email(s) provided, including with autodialed or prerecorded messages and texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase and may be revoked as described in the Privacy Policy.

5) Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface provided.
  • Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or medical records.
  • Do not infringe others’ rights, violate law, or post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

11) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class‑Action Waiver

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, exclusive venue for any permitted court action shall be the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.

13) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.

16) Entire Agreement; Severability; Waiver
